Robert Jon McCarthy & Ian Bibby Launch Roadman Cycle Coaching (RDMNCC)
Professional cyclists, RJ McCarthy & Ian Bibby, are extremely excited to launch their new coaching service rdmncc.
Bibby, a former MTB/Cyclocross star is also a veteran road pro and one of the most prolific winners of the last decade in the UK cycling scene. Ian’s palmares is decorated with wins in almost all of the major races in the UK and also huge International victories such as the prestigious “Bay Crit” Series in Australia and Mi Aut Bretagne. Bibby also boasts British National Titles in the MTB, Cyclocross and Criterium disciplines and is a regular animater in the Tour of Britain against word class opposition such as team sky, showing how versatile and experienced he is.
McCarthy also has vast experience, starting his racing career at age 10 and taking multiple national titles throughout the junior ranks in both Ireland and Australia before progressing to the u23 ranks with the world class development program run by the Australian Institute of Sport & Cycling Australia. Success here was awarded with a still running 5-year professional career with teams An Post CRC, SEG Racing and now with the JLT Condor squad. He has competed with the worlds best in races such as the Belgian Classic Kurne-Brussels-Kurne and has picked up notable victories in races like the An Post Ras and Herald Sun Tour.
“We are super excited about RDMNCC” says McCarthy “We had both been coaching privately and decided to pool our resources and experience together and aim to provide a world class coaching facility for riders of all levels”

I thinks it’s fair to say myself and Rob are known to be crafty racers, so I am confident that giving our athletes both the structured training plans as well as the tactical lessons will provide them with not only the engine, but also the vital knowledge required to perform week upon week in bike races”
Both Men continue their own professional racing careers with the JLT Condor team and are constantly learning the latest training and nutrition methods as well as all the new and old “tricks of the trade”
